The Committee on Elections shall be setup no later than a month from the year’s elections and shall consist of at least five (5) individuals: all of which are Voting Members as dictated by the current Bylaws (Article III, Section 4). Either the current President or Vice President shall nominate a Chairperson. All Elections Committee Members serve as volunteers in consultation with the Chairperson, subject to approval by the UIU-LA Executive Board. The Committee on Elections shall not have or exercise the authority of the UIU-LA Executive Board.
