Come join the UIU-LA Cultural Awareness Committee and learn how to make Egusi soup and Ugba. Learn a little history about each ingredient and why it's an important addition to each dish. There will be two teams and everyone will have a hand in cooking. Prizes will be awarded to the best team dish, but everyone will go home with a plate of all the food that was made!
