It is a classic Igbo song by Nelly Uchendu called, “Love Nwantinti”. The audio is part of a three-song medley with songs “Ada Eze” and “Onye Nwulu Ozuluike”. Love Nwantinti was the first hit that brought her to fame in 1976.
